The American Board of Ophthalmology congratulates diplomate Alan L. Wagner, MD, FACS, who was named chair of the American College of Surgeons Advisory Council on Ophthalmic Surgery. Dr. Wagner, who specializes in vitreoretinal surgery, has been board certified since 1989 and leads the Wagner Macula & Retina Center in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia and North Carolina.
