ABO Status Page Adjustments Make MOC Activity Progress and Next Steps Clearer

On Wednesday, February 6, the American Board of Ophthalmology released a minor update to its online Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Status Page to display MOC progress in an easier-to-read format.

The Status Page was modified to feature a brief Status column, which provides at-a-glance information about whether an MOC activity is complete, in progress, or action on your part is needed.

A new Notes column follows up with instructions about how to finish the requirement or activity, such as accessing the Quarterly Questions activity platform or choosing an option from the Improvement in Medical Practice Menu.

Samples of each Status Page version are featured below; however, your unique MOC Status Page on the ABO website is customized to you and your current activity progress. To view your MOC Status Page, please visit abop.org and enter your username and password.
